¡ Lima !
Hello muchachos and muchachas, here is a email about my little travel in south america, after some errands in venezuela, where I meet 4 persons from Chicago filming some and interviewing people about the situation there. We had a lot of fun together, (thank you guys !).
Now, here I am in Peru, I arrived yesterday, got to my cheap hotel for gringos and this morning I meet Walther, a peruvian guy with 3 very cute daughters (7, 9 and 12 yrs old though, and they are adorable) He took me to his place to eat lunch, we talked, I understood, that is just wonderful. They are really poor, the girls go to school and he tries to teach them some english, they would be happy with more books and more stuff to write. They are from Cusco and came here to get a school for the girls. To compare, Lima seems less poor than Caracas, I feel also more secure, maybe because I understand more, and I feel the people nicer here.
I plan to go to Nazca, even if it is touristy, then to go to the andes, and then to amazonia, I d like to drop by La Paz too.
